Rural Education Research & Development Center (KODA)

Supported 60 early-career teachers in earthquake-affected rural communities through mentoring and training in social and emotional learning and effective school-family engagement. Through these teachers, the program also reached 960 students with social and emotional learning activities and 347 parents with family education, strengthening support for children across rural school communities.
