Maria Figueroa Küpçü is a Partner and Head of the New York office of Brunswick Group, a corporate issues advisory firm. She is responsible for the development of Brunswick’s largest U.S. office and is a senior advisor to corporate clients on stakeholder engagement, reputation and crisis communications. Maria’s career has spanned campaigns in the non-profit arena as well as numerous electoral contests around the world. Previously, she’s held roles at the United Nations Development Programme, Council on Foreign Relations and the polling firm Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates (PSB). Her research work has included affiliations with Boğazici University, Ford Foundation, and New America Foundation.
Maria is a graduate of Tufts University and the Harvard Kennedy School. With her husband, she is active in philanthropic efforts focused on post-secondary education and leadership development.
