TPF Staj Programi

TPF staj programi, TPFin faaliyetleri ve isleyis modeli hakkinda detayli bilgi sahibi olmak, Turkiye ile calisan bir Amerikan sivil-toplum kurulusunda deneyim kazanmak  icin az bulunur bir firsat olup, bu alana ilgi duyan herkese aciktir! TPF stajyerleri New York ofisinde haftada 20-40 saat arasi calsimaktadir.

Stajyer, Operasyon Muduru’ne direk rapor vermektedir ve onemli karar asamalarinin hepsine dahil edilir. TPF stajyerine, bir stajyerden cok bir is arkadasi gibi davranilir, ve kendisinden her konuda yaraticiligini kullnamasi ve fikir vermesi beklenmektedir.

Program dahilinde, stajyer hem basarili profesyonellerle yakin iliskiler kurup onlarin deneyiminden yararlanabilir, hem de etkinlik ve toplantilar sirasinda ayni alandan yeni insanlarla tanisabilir. Bu staj programi, Turkiyedeki organizasyonlar, organizasyonlarin arkasindaki bireyler, projeler ve degisik isleyis modellini tanimak acisindan da essiz bir deneyimdir.

Sivil-toplum orgutlerinde deneyim basvurmak icin onsarttir. Stajyer enerji dolu, guvenilir ve organize olmalidir. TPF’in sorun alanlari olarak belirlemis oldugu egitim, gecim saglama, kadin konularina ilgi duymasi tercih edilir. Kullanilan dil Ingilizcedir.
