Nicholas C. Porcaro has been an early supporter of TPF and served as a Board Member. Mr. Porcaro is a licensed architect in Massachusetts and New York and has over 35 years of professional architectural design, project development and construction management experience both domestic and international.

With reputable large companies such as Stone & Webster, Northrop, and EMCOR (JWP), Mr. Porcaro has successfully expanded engineering construction operating subsidiaries as well as formed and operated new joint venture companies in the mechanical, electrical, and general contracting field where, through his positions with these subsidiaries, they successfully generated in excess of $60 million in annual revenues.

Since 1995, Mr. Porcaro is one of the principal partners of SMC Holding LLC and SMC Management Corporation, a real estate development and management firm based in Boston. The 370,000 sq. ft. Hesser Center for Commerce and Education in Manchester, NH, is one of its major successful development projects.

Mr. Porcaro is also the founder and President of ANSA, Inc., a Boston based architectural planning and consulting firm. The firm specializes in the creation and start-up of new engineering and construction services companies primarily in the international arena. Domestically, the firm provides design, planning and construction management services to the real estate industry. He has a Master’s of Science degree in management and a recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship.
