Anadolu Kültür aims to share and diffuse cultural programs across Anatolia in partnership with local NGOs, municipalities and universities in order to contribute to the establishment and extension of civic initiatives in Anatolian cities. The organization is a platform for cross-cultural collaborations and exchange between artists, organizations and local authorities.

Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts

IFCA and Istanbul Biennial have made a significant impact upon the development of cultural policies of Turkey, as well as for the development of artistic expression and cultural communication among the public. It has been contributing to build an advocacy movement for the arts at the national and local levels, and assisting to frame public and private sector cultural policy positions for the advancement of the arts and culture.
