Dicle has a BSc in Computer Engineering (Middle East Technical University, Turkey) and an MSc in Information Systems (London School of Economics, UK). Dicle has worked for many years in world-renowned financial institutions in London, including JPMorgan Chase and Barclays Capital. She has recently left her successful career in investment banking to fully focus on the educational charity she has recently set up called Words to Inspire.
