Organization's Mission
The mission of TOG is:
- To transform the energy of young people toward social benefit by encouraging young people for developing and realizing various projects of their own,
- To contribute to the formation of a youth with social awareness and self-esteem, and
- To enhance democratic participation of young people through projects for young people by young people.
Impact
The need for active participation of youth into the overall society is an urgent need for a fast growing country like Turkey with such a huge young population. TOG with over 17,000 volunteers works to motivate young people ages between 17 and 25 to implement their own community projects under the umbrella of youth organizations that are founded by young community volunteers mostly in universities of Turkey as student clubs.

The Goal of the ProjectTo propose a proactive solution to the problem of unemployment in Turkey by encouraging young entrepreneurs in developing their own business projects and supporting them for their realization.The Impact of the ProjectUniversity students at Abant Izzet Baysal University (Bolu), Anadolu University (Eskisehir), Canakkale Onsekiz Mart University (Canakkale), Dicle University (Diyarbakir), Izmir Yuksek Teknoloji Enstitusu (Izmir), Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University (Kahramanmaras), Mersin University (Mersin), Yuzuncu Yil University (Van), Karadeniz Teknik University (Trabzon) and Trakya University (Edirne) are targeted.
Students are provided entrepreneurship trainings and consultancy for the preparation of business plan.
Various amounts of long-term and low-interest credits from the "Idea of My Life Fund" awarded to projects selected by the Board of Entrepreneurship for Youth composed of experienced and successful business people.
Consultancy service during the first year of enterprise and mentoring by the members of the Board of Entrepreneurship for Youth during the first year of enterprise are also provided.
