Organization's Mission
ICV aims to promote cultural, health, educational and athletic activities, and to support cultural events within this scope.
The city of Ağrı located in the East of Turkey has been selected as the Pilot Region by the Foundation.
Impact
ICV's targeted population is university-youth all around the country, and women and youth in the city of Agri. The foundation not only grants scholarships to disadvantaged college students and supports educational institutions, but also works to increase the living standards of people living in the city of Agri.

"Uzaklar Yakin Olsun" The Problem Addressed by the ProjectProvinces in the Eastern Region of Turkey have rather restricted conditions when compared to the provinces in the western part of Turkey. The young minds of Agri have been threatened by the insurgence of poverty, unemployment, information which is redundant and irrelevant in their society and the world at large.
