Impact
Bogazici University Foundation has raised $59 million since its establishment in 1978. BUVAK has wide scholarship programs and academic support program for students and faculty of the University.

Hamlin Hall Project The Problem Addressed by the ProjectThe first major restoration was carried out on the Hamlin Hall in 1932. Although various repairs and renovations have been carried out on the building over the years, they have not been sufficient. In order for the building to continue serving future generations, a project called ‘Hamlin Hall Belongs to All of Us’ was started in 2008 and continued in 2009. The minimum personal donation for this fund-raising campaign is $2,000 and a donation of $16,000 is needed to undertake the renovation of one room and naming it.| Time Line: September 2010 - December 2012 | |
  The Goal of the ProjectThe purpose of this project is to renovate Hamlin Hall which is the first building of Robert College. Hamlin Hall, which is used as a dorm ever since it was built,is the most popular building on our campus. The building consists of living areas for students as well as a cafeteria, student clubs, study rooms, a school supply store, a barber, fast food stands and lodging for the head of the dorm.The Impact of the ProjectAfter this project is completed Hamlin Hall will be converted to its original architectural plan and will accommodate approximately 200 students.
